The Track and Field Trophy was introduced in 2014 - 2015. It is awarded to the male and female athletes who bring home the most points for the club at the Mid Lancs Track and Field meetings over the summer.
The Track & Field Championship 2025-26 started at Preston and finished in Blackburn.
