| RULES
1. Runs in any of the six Mid Lancs. XC events, Lancashire XC Championship, NoEAA XC Championship and National XC Championships are eligible. 2. The best FOUR scores count 3. A score is calculated from the formula: (YOUR TIME/WINNER'S TIME - 1) X YOUR HANDICAP X 100 4. The winning man and woman will be the runner whose four scores gives the lowest total. 5. The Winter Handicap Shields will be presented at the Annual Awards Ceremony. |
