Series 3 Kirkham lanes - Julia Julia found a pleasant selection of lanes including the flowery Lund Way, a former Quaker route, which came as a total surprise to us in spite of the many years spent in the area. With the best turn-out to date, we thoroughly enjoyed our 8 mile companiable round and the crumpets awaiting us at the end. An excellent afternoon. Thanks to Julia. |

GREEN 1:30pm Sunday 7th. August 2005 Leaders: BILL & DAWN |
The day was so hot and sunny that
it was considerably better suited to the gardens of the Stork Inn where we retired to later than to the running. Nevertheless Glasson Dock, the riverside path, the canal and view to the coast from the path all looked at their best. THANKS TO ALL WHO CAME |

| HEST
BANK 11am Sunday 17th. July 2005 Leaders: MOZ & CATHERINE |
A delightful run and enjoyed by
all who came. Anyone looking for running territory in new surroundings may well try this run; both the coastal path on the outward and the canal towpath on the return were very scenic and the Beach Cafe in the sunshine was most pleasant. MANY THANKS TO MOZ AND CATHERINE. |
