Interclub Grand Prix
BE PART OF THE TEAM:  run for Lytham at the Interclub Grand Prix.

All LSARRC members are eligible. Not-yet-joined runners can compete as guests. Just turn up at the start and run. Club kit
must be worn but if you have not yet got you kit ask the Captains to borrow a vest. There is no pre-race registration but
at the end of the race you will be given a card with your race position on it which you need to complete and place in the
LSARRC box (or Guest box if you've not yet joined). Results links below are courtesy of John Schofield's website.

CATEGORIES
OPEN - First 10 to count, any age, any sex
WOMENS - First 5 to count after men's and guests' names have been removed from the list
VETS - First 6 men over 40 or women over 35 to count, after younger runners have been removed from the list.
VET 50 - First 4 over 50 to count, either sex, after younger runners have been removed from the list.
VET 60 - First 3 over 60 to count, either sex, after younger runners have been removed from the list.
WINNERS - Team with lowest total of positions in the category.
SEASON RESULTS: 1st. team 6 points, 2nd. team 5 points...... 6th. team 1 point.

FIRST RACE STARTS AT 7:15PM, FINAL RACE STARTS AT 7:00PM AND OTHERS START AT 7:30PM.
