Where a handicap was an estimate for a new or lapsed runner they only score one point but their handicap for next month will be based on this time and qualify for a full score. A season's best earns two bonus points. Please check your statistics on both tables and notify me of any errors.

Congratulations to Sue on setting a women's course record. This was typical of Sue whose rare appearances in the handicap almost invariably produce a record breaking run! There was an excellent run by Paul McAllister who improved his previous best time by over two minutes and also pbs for Janet and, by just one second, Graham.

On the overall table Dave Wood increased his lead to 15 points while Dave Cosh and Paul were notable climbers into second and fourth place respectively.

My thanks to helpers Terry, Layla and Eleanor, and to all nineteen of you for turning out. This was a good number for a handicap during the winter and I hope you all keep your enthusiasm going until March.
