A good turnout of twenty runners this month was made all the better by seeing some new faces. Hope you all enjoyed the experience.

It was pleasing to see Dawn better her handicap by two minutes after a spell of declining times, and there were promising runs by newcomers Susan and Dave who jumped in at the deep end and recorded very creditable times for the 4.3 miles on their first visit to the club.

Those who only earned one point for a time setting run will qualify for a full score next time when their handicap is based on this time. The ‘+2’ is the bonus points earned for a p.b.
