Colour Standards - Women GOAL SETTING :  maximise your own potential by setting a realistic goal.
RULES
1. There are four levels of achievment: BRONZE, SILVER, GOLD, DIAMOND.
2. Certificates can be claimed for any one achived standard.
3, Achievement of a given standard at four different distances within a five year age band will merit a medal awarded at the Annual Awards      Ceremony.
4. Any particular race result can only be used once as part of a medal claim although certificates can be accumulated towards a medal.
5. However the use of a particular race result towards a colour standard medal does not perclude it's use in the Club Championship which is a separate competition.
