Tables
HAD A GOOD RACE?  consult the tables to see your score for this year's championship.

RULES
1. To qualify a runner must run in at least FIVE bona fide races over measured distances of 5k, 5m, 10k, 10m, half-marathon, 15m, 20m and marathon.
2. Points will be awarded for each qualifying race in accordance with the current tables. At the end of the racing year a runner's five best scores will be totalled subject to the restrictions described in Rule 3.
3. Qusalifying scores must be at THREE different distances one of which is OVER 10 MILES. No more than TWO SCORES may be at any ONE DISTANCE.
4. The Club Champions will be the man or women with the highest total of points accumulated in their respective sections.
5. There will be further awards for each of the standard veteran's categories:
               5.1 Men 40 - 44, 45 - 40 et cetera in five year age groups.
               5.2 Women 35 - 39, 40 - 44 et cetera in five year age groups.
               5.3 For the purposes of the Club Championship a runner's age group shall be determined by their age on 1st. April in the relevant year.
               5.4 In the event of a veteran winning the Club Championship the athlete will be entitled to hold both trophies.
.6. The racing year will be from 1st. April to 31st. March the following year.
