This is my initial draft of a new page for the website - congratulations on finding it! Since it's still under development, which includes deciding what to put on it, comments, corrections, updates or suggestions are welcome.
For example, I was thinking of having two entries for 600m, one showing Prom the other showing YMCA field. What else do we do on the field?
Each Tuesday the club organises regular speed sessions for all members. These sessions vary in distance and location each week
We try to keep to a regular schedule but weather or races important to the club may result in last minute changes. The sessions are chosen from the following.

Sessions on the prom start at an approprite place so as to run to the flag pole and back. Always run anti-clockwise round the flag pole.
On occasion we will have some of our juniors training with our seniors - please always remember to consider and keep an eye out for the smaller members while running.
