We meet at 

     LYTHAM YMCA*

(on Mythop Road, Lytham. Turn off the Preston Road at the mini roundabout and over Saltcotes Bridge. Turn left again at the larger roundabout. The YMCA is further along on your right opposite Ashton Nursery)

on TUESDAYS & THURSDAYS at 6:30pm*

* We meet inside the YMCA bar. The second entrance opens into this bar and there are changing facilities leading off the bar. Better changing facilities and lockers are situated straight ahead from the main (first) entrance. We return to the bar to socialize after each run. If you are coming to the Club for the first time you may wish to contact a member of the Committee for more information about the Club.

ON TUESDAYS
THERE IS A CHOICE OF INTERVAL TRAINING UNDER THE GUIDANCE OF CLUB COACHES TERRY AND DAVID IN PARK VIEW PARK OR A RUN (SEE THURSDAYS)
ON THURSDAYS
RUNS ARE USUALLY BETWEEN 3 AND 6 MILES (LONGER FOR STRONGER RUNNERS) WITH GROUPS OF ALL STANDARDS AND ABILITIES. BEGINNERS WILL BE ACCOMPANIED BY EXPERIENCED RUNNERS OF A SUITABLE STANDARD AND SHORTER RUNS CAN BE ARRANGED IF REQUIRED
LAST THURSDAY OF EACH MONTH: THE HANDICAP, RUN WITH A CHASING START, IS HELD EVERY MONTH ON ONE OF TWO COURSES - THE 4.2 SUMMER COURSE FROM THE Y.M.C.A. (APRIL - SEPTEMBER) AND THE 3.5 WINTER COURSE STARTING FROM THE CORNER OF SOUTH PARK AND BALLAM ROAD (OCTOBER - MARCH). THE FIRST RUNNER GOES OFF AT 6:45 PM.   CONSULT THE START LIST IF YOU'VE RUN BEFORE OR BILL, FOR A HANDICAP TIME IF YOU HAVEN'T. GUESTS WELCOME.
ON SUNDAYS
 THERE ARE OCCASIONAL LONGER RUNS ARRANGED INFORMALLY AND ANNOUNCED AT THE CLUB, BY E-MAIL, ON THE WEBSITE OR IN THE CLUB NEWSLETTER.
SOCIAL EVENTS
THERE IS A FULL ANNUAL PROGRAMME OF SOCIAL EVENTS WHICH ARE ADVERTISED ON THE WEBSITE.  THE MAY AWARDS CEREMONY AND THE CHRISTMAS PARTY ARE EXAMPLES.
